Precious Imuwahen Ajoonu

Founder, Strategic Lead

Precious is a renowned expert in Learning and Development with over 15 years of experience in strategy execution, organizational development, skills advancement, and youth development. As an EdTech specialist, she has pioneered impactful training programs, including the Jobberman Soft Skills Training, which has upskilled over 2 million young people.

Precious is the Pioneer Director General of the John Odigie-Oyegun Public Service Academy and has led large-scale development initiatives across Africa, impacting countries such as Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, South Africa, Chad, and Ethiopia.

She holds an MSc in Management Innovation & Change (Distinction) from the University of Aberdeen and a BSc in Economics from Madonna University. Additionally, she has a certificate in Marketing at the London School of Economics and Political Science, is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), and is a certified World Bank Development Knowledge Facilitator.

Osaze Ighoretin Ogbomo

Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Legal Adviser

Osaze Ogbomo is a seasoned professional with over 11 years of experience in law, governance, and business reforms. He specializes in legal advisory, policy management, procurement, monitoring and evaluation frameworks, public-private dialogue, and MSME empowerment.

Osaze’s expertise extends to career development, training program development, and competency-building initiatives. He holds an LLM in International Commercial Law from Brunel University, London, an LLB from KNUST, Ghana, and a Barrister-at-Law (BL) qualification from the Nigerian Law School.

He is certified in Business Writing, CCNA, and Project Management (PMP).

Paul Omugbe, Chief Financial Officer

Chief Financial Officer

Paul brings over 12 years of expertise in strategy, financial management, project management, and business administration. With a strong background in financial audit and youth engagement, he has successfully managed financial strategies and facilitated youth-led dialogues in policy spaces.

Notable achievements include managing projects for PPPRA, conducting a forensic review for NNPC, and training over 3,000 Edo State civil servants in project management.

Paul is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA Ontario). He holds a BSc in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University and is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Adeola Andrea Peregrino

Creative Director

Adeola Peregrino is a visionary leader in media and creative consultancy, specializing in the design and implementation of frameworks that drive job creation and sectoral growth. She has spearheaded the development of impactful learning materials, including Jobberman’s Digital Skills: Become a Successful Global Gig Worker course, which reached 1,500 learners, tracking tangible outcomes in employment and skill acquisition. 

A seasoned creative producer, Adeola has led the creation of multi-stakeholder media projects, such as government-commissioned documentaries The Edo Story for the Edo State Government and Leave No One Behind and Eco Circulate for the Lagos State Government. She holds a certification in storytelling from the New York Film Academy.

Adesuwa Elizabeth

Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Adesuwa is a seasoned IT professional with over a decade of experience in data engineering, project management, and business operations. She specializes in data migration, system integration, Agile project management, and business process optimization, with technical expertise in SQL, Python, data visualization (Power BI, Tableau), Big Data, and AWS.

Adesuwa holds an MBA from the University of Aberdeen and an MSc in Management Information Systems from the University of Houston-Clear Lake. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum Master, and holds a Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals certification.
